Q: Do you register domain names?
A: Yes, we do offer affordable domain name registration. We also renew your domain name annually for you free of charge as being a continued client. If you already have registered/ manage your own domain name no problem, we can still host your website for you by having you or your webhost make a simple change to your domain name settings.If you have not registered a domain name yet,be careful. If your perform a name check on a website you aren't familular with and they aren't reputable, you may find they buy your domain name out from under you if you didn't purchase it at that moment. When you or someone returns to purchase your domain name you may find it is unavailable and possibly being held hostage on you and suddenly may cost several thousands of dollars to purchase! Same thing may happen if you do not renew your domain name in a timely manner, someone else may buy it. When inquiring on this domain name, you find out it is for sale for $3,500 by the new registered owner.
Q: What if I already have a website?
A: We have helped many dealers who already had a web site. Perhaps the company/ individual who created your website did not support the automotive industry specifically and you got a great site design, but you don't have an easy way to display or manage your website or your inventory. Your site is useless to you if you can't easily put inventory with specific vehicle options and multiple large size photos for your customers to see. We can help by reworking your web site to maintain the same appearance, but give you a better way to manage your site content and inventory. Q: Do I need to install any software?
A: No, our software is internet-based. Just log into your admin on the internet and make your changes directly in our system.

Q: Do you support email/ Webmail?
A: Yes, we can provide you with all your email needs for your store. We can support email for any/ all your employees with you@yourdealershipname.com format. Webmail is also available so you can check your email from anywhere!
Q: Are there any long-term contracts?
A: Absolutely not, unlike most other service providors, our service is month-to-month and you can cancel at anytime. Q: Will it cost more if I need assistance?

Q: Is it difficult to add vehicles to my web site?
A: Adding vehicles is very easy. If you are using Kelley Blue Book Karpower software, you are already managing your inventory for your website! We integrate with KBB software effortlessly. Your entire inventory can upload to your website IN SECONDS! We can also pull your inventory from your dealerships DMS system, you can import in any text file or you can simply add your vehicle information directly into our system and select all your vehicle's equipment from our list of extensive vehicle options.
Q: I uploaded my latest KBB Kelley Blue Book Karpower software to my computer and my inventory is missing / inventory file didn't transfer over, can you help?
A: No problem. Just give us a call and we would be happy to walk you through recovering your lost inventory file & save you hours of work re-entering your inventory all over again!
Q: Is it difficult to add photos to my vehicles?
A: Adding photos to your vehicles is a snap! If you can attach a file to an email, you can add photos to your inventory!
Q: Am I limited to how many photos I can put per vehicle?
A: You can upload as many photos as you like per vehicle. Many dealers put 5, 10 or even 20 photos per car! We provide small, medium and full-size photos for each vehicle for a dazzling effect! Photos will automatically be resized down to 800 width for you automatically should they be larger so they can be viewed conveniently by all your customers.
Q: Can I create sales specials for my vehicles?
A: Absolutely! You can create dynamic was/now specials that are time sensitive. When the special expires, the sales special disappears automatically reverting back to your original sales price. In a single click, you can put vehicles on special, select for you home page, or designate a vehicle as certified, sold, one-owner, link to that vehicle's Carfax report and more!
